Dana Samson Research Analyst, Imaging & Hardcopy Devices, Software and IT Services IDC Romania
Joining IDC in April 2007, Dana Samson researches the Romanian market for imaging and hardcopy devices. She collects and analyzes data on printers, MFPs, and copiers, contributing to both quarterly and annual research.
Prior to IDC, Ms. Samson worked as a market analyst at Bunge Romania, where she monitored and evaluated the oils/oilseeds and grain markets of Southeastern Europe. She also served as an import and logistics officer for one of Romania's biggest distributors of IT equipment.
Ms. Samson holds a bachelor's degree in management and public administration from the Academy of Economic Sciences, Bucharest. In addition to Romanian, she speaks English, French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
